Food & Beverage Sales Associate Key Accountabilities:Â

Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the cafe/storeÂ

Take customers’ food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately in the cafeÂ

Follow all company policies, cash handling policies and special store loss prevention proceduresÂ
-
Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store managementÂ
-
Effectively operate a cash registerÂ
-
Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire cafe/storeÂ
-
Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facilityÂ
-
Communicate pricing, out of date, and inventory issues with managementÂ
-
Assist other store employees in maintaining securityÂ
-
Stock merchandiseÂ
-
Inform management of any out of stock situationsÂ
-
Help maintain a neat, clean, organized cafe/store, which includes sweeping, dusting, and straightening of merchandiseÂ

Perform related work as assignedÂ

Required Qualifications:Â

Basic computer skillsÂ

High degree of interpersonal skillsÂ

Be able to lift 40 poundsÂ

Prior experience operating a cash registerÂ

Prior Food & Beverage experienceÂ

Prior stockroom or warehouse experienceÂ

High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
