Job Overview:

Responsible for the installation of heating and cooling systems (Furnaces, Boilers, Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, etc.) in accordance with company standards while providing excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities:

•  Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as related accessories deemed necessary by company, safety, and manufacturer's specifications
• Ensure complete protection of customer's property during installation or service of product
• Remove old equipment from customer's home and clean up all areas utilized 
• Foster good customer relations by explaining the work performed, providing technical support and making sure they are happy with the job that has been done
• Perform other duties as required to enhance departmental productivity

Requirements

• 2-4 years HVAC industry experience minimum
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and how to install them
• Solid experience with hand and power tools, as well as an overall mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagram and system literature
• Capable of lifting or carrying up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work well independently and in a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, in speech and writing, with customers, staff, managers, supervisors, contractors and clients
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay is dependent on experience and starting rate ranges from $20-$30/hour for this position.
