Experience Designer, Accessibility
We’re seeking an Experience Designer specializing in accessibility to help shape inclusive and intuitive digital experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure our products meet WCAG standards and exceed expectations for usability across diverse audiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Design user experiences that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate accessibility into the product lifecycle.

  • Conduct accessibility audits, usability testing, and user research with diverse populations.

  • Translate accessibility requirements into clear design patterns and guidelines.

  • Advocate for accessible design practices across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a focus on accessibility.

  • Deep knowledge of WCAG, ADA, and assistive technologies.

  • Strong interaction and visual design skills.

  • Experience conducting accessibility testing and working with screen readers, voice control, and other assistive tools.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
