The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administering, managing, planning and coordinating all administrative and clerical support activities of the Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to, administrative and financial operations of the department, establishment of work schedules, adherence to the department’s policies and procedures, staff development, and other related activities.
- High School Graduate or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- At least three (3) years of experience performing administrative related work.
- Computer skills.Â
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Kronos Payroll systems, strong communication skills, professionalism, self directed.Â
