Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) – Emergency Department - Nights

Step into this Clinical Nurse Manager role, and advance your nursing leadership career. Collaborate with transformational leaders to establish short- and long-term goals for the unit, facilitate cost-effective operations, and coordinate patient throughput. Take this opportunity to participate in pivotal leadership meetings and review Unit competencies. Utilize your strong understanding of emergency nursing to provide training and guidance to a team of nurses and medical staff. 

This is a full-time Night shift position, working 7:00pm - 8:30am

Preferred Criteria 

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing

  • ​Previous leadership experience

  • Strong Emergency Department nursing experience

Required Criteria

  • At least 2 years of acute care RN experience

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)

  • BCLS certification
