The ideal Level II NDT Technician will schedule and monitor review of nondestructive testing (NDT) specifications and requirements.


Requirements


  • Strong working knowledge of NDT principles, theory, and practical application

  • Current Level II certification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Magnetic Particle and Penetrant testing

  • Willingness to pursue ASNT Level III

  • Support customer and third‑party audits, including NADCAP and ISO9001

  • Set up, operate, calibrate, and perform process control checks on NDT equipment per established procedures

  • Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results

  • Complete required logs, records, and statistical data sheets

  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the business unit

  • Aerospace/aircraft manufacturing NDT experience preferred

  • Proven assembly experience is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Solid understanding of quality control principles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent hand‑eye coordination and physical capability

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

  • Comfortable with shifting priorities, deadlines, and problem‑solving under pressure

  • Must be able to comply with ITAR requirements
