Your RoleĀ
Ā
As a Gensler Project Architect,Ā itāsĀ your job to lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects. Leverage yourĀ TechnicalĀ experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.Ā
Ā
What You Will DoĀ
Manage client,Ā teamĀ and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV,Ā landscapeĀ and civil consultants
Ensure conformance with State and Local regulatory standardsĀ
Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants,Ā building and all authorities havingĀ jurisdictionĀ
Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challengesĀ
Maintain project manual and specificationsĀ
Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIās during constructionĀ
Ensuring the highest quality and technical aspects ofĀ GenslerāsĀ Design Ā Ā
Ā
Your QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās orĀ Masterās degree in ArchitectureĀ
15Ā + years of experience in a commercial design firm
Experience with CriticalĀ Facilities (i.e. data centers, command and control centers, high-performance computing, etc.) or similarly complex projects required
Licensed or registered architectĀ
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.Ā
Working knowledgeĀ ofĀ building codes, standards, building construction, and building structuresĀ
LEED accreditation preferredĀ

**The base salary range will be estimated between $125-$150K. Genslerās total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
