  • The Staff Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients and their families in an ambulatory care setting under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • This position requires one to two years of experience in an ambulatory care clinical setting and a New York State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Candidates must also have Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and proficiency in computer applications such as ALLSCRIPTS, EPIC, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The Staff Licensed Practical Nurse provides care to patients and their families in the ambulatory care setting as directed by a Registered Professional Nurse.  Assists in the supervision of the ambulatory care clinical associates.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in an ambulatory care clinical setting
  • New York State License as Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Computer application skills – ALLSCRIPTS, EPIC, Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and communication skills
