Position Summary:

The Senior Associate, Operations Manager will be responsible for performing various daily operational and quality control tasks for the Card Services team. The successful candidate for this role would possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and resolve customers’ inquiries
  •  Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
  • Generate and review reports related to card network processors and sponsored programs.
  • Monitor and ensure transactions are compliant with Bank policies.
  • Provide analysis for board and payment network compliance reporting.
  • Generate and compile data for internal/external audits.
  •  Reconcile open items pending on GL and work with Finance to resolve outstanding receivables from clients.
  •  Perform quality control checks to ensure all implementation workflows are accurate and updated.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the EVP, Card Services. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and updated regulatory requirements.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities.
  • Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365

 Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
  • 4-6 years’ relevant work experience
  • Strong experience in payments or credit cards or card operations
  • Strong knowledge of Network / Banking Regulations
