Based in Pennsylvania, we are seeking a strategic remote hire in the state of New York to support regional growth across this targeted state market. This role is ideal for a senior-level civil/site engineer who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position.
You will act as a senior technical representative in-market, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships – while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with our internal teams.
Qualifications include:Â
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
P.E. a plus
Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)
Hands-on experience including, but not limited to:
Civil/site design
Grading
Civil 3D
Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities
A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”
Highly self-driven and self-starting
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities

Approximately 15 standing meetings throughout the year
