Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing strategic frameworks that balance short-term goals with long-term vision for account growth and client sophistication.
- Lead the deployment of global account plans and initiatives, coordinating collaborated efforts across internal and external teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across regions and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership at client and agency organizations.
- Embrace a leadership role in expansion strategies, defining budgets and providing recommendations for the businesses.
- Lead the exploration of new revenue streamlines and global expansion opportunities to drive growth and increase profitability.
- Develop and implement plans to enter new markets, expand existing ones, and diversify revenue streams through innovative products and services.
- Understand and effectively navigate the escalation process to resolve high-risk challenges.
- Negotiate complex opportunities and optimize campaigns to deliver strong returns on investment for clients.
- Lead and manage complex workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs and develop tailored proposals that drive revenue and business growth.
- Utilize technical background in product development, user experience (UI/UX), consumer journey and platform integration to work closely with cross functional teams (product, measurement, marketing, and engineering) in the development of scalable solutions for clients.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising strategies, guiding media and creative execution to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee measurement, tracking, and optimization to deliver measurable results.
- Drive adoption of new solutions and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing science, product, and business engineering, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and agency partners across diverse industries, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related field
- Requires 3 years of experience in the following skills:
- Driving client growth through consultative, data-driven digital media strategies
- Leveraging the Marketplace landscape for emerging and developed markets, including seller acquisition strategies
- Developing C-suite relationships, providing specialized guidance and building extensive networks
- Working with complex, multilingual, regional, and global clients
- Identifying emerging market opportunities and design targeted optimization programs
- Identifying business gaps and opportunities to deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Working with measurement solutions, such as MMM and experimental design
- Analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, or SQL and translating data insights to strategic recommendations
- Working cross-functionally to design and implement experimental marketing solutions
- Managing advertising and business campaign creation, management, and performance tracking
- Accelerating product adoption through beta/alpha testing and strategic alignment with client goals
- Creating and delivering internal and external training materials
$193,085/year to $201,960/year + bonus + equity + benefits
