About the Role:

As Software Engineer I - AI & ML Foundation Technology, you will apply engineering principles to design, develop, and optimize our next-generation agentic systems. You will report directly to the Director - Data Science & Insights.

You Will:

Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of software systems by performing routine tasks under close supervision
Assist in building and maintaining scalable, performant, and secure architectures and codebases, following set procedures and escalating problems as needed
Communicate clearly within your immediate team and role context to deliver integrated technical solutions and build role proficiency
Participate in code reviews, learn team coding standards, and proactively seek feedback to improve your engineering skills

You Have:

Python proficiency
Up to 2 years’ engineering experience
Experience assisting with coding, building, and maintaining software applications
Experience with LLMs and LangGraph (or equivalent) is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, -OR- equivalent work experience

Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
