As the Director of Partnership Marketing, you will play an important role in this mission by defining our strategy for how we go to market with other marquee brands in the US, and then by leading those co-marketing efforts. This will be about deeply strategic and integrated partnerships, often featuring unique product value propositions. You’ll build win-win relationships with partner marketing teams and design joint marketing plans that inspire engagement with millions of consumers. What you’ll do: Define the role that partnerships play in our Santander US integrated marketing strategy. Partner with internal leads to win new strategic partner deals. This will include proactively pursuing new opportunities and strategically assessing incoming partner marketing opportunities. Build relationships with strategic partner marketing teams, orienting the collective group towards shared goals and a win-win mindset. Develop co-marketing plans with our strategic partners that deliver on our shared goals and activate consumers through our differentiated joint value propositions. Execute our co-marketing strategy in conjunction with the wider Santander US marketing team, with an emphasis on striking the right balance in leveraging Santander and partner channels.
