We are currentlyĀ seekingĀ a talented, hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Principal to supportĀ Trinity’sĀ Evidence, Value,Ā Access, andĀ PricingĀ (EVAP)Ā function.Ā EVAPĀ PrincipalsĀ fulfillĀ aĀ leadership roleĀ onĀ multipleĀ projectĀ teams,Ā designingĀ andĀ implementingĀ strategiesĀ toĀ helpĀ ourĀ clientsĀ maintainĀ strong growth. EVAP Associate Principals have opportunities to manage daily client interactions with full oversight over project teams – client management, project management, employee management, budget, andĀ financial management, and more. In addition, Principals contribute to new business development by working withĀ other Leadership Team membersĀ toĀ build andĀ maintainĀ client relationships at assigned accounts. Principals provide mentorship to junior employees across multiple teams. With exposure to the variety of strategic business issues covered by the EVAP team, this position offers qualified candidates the opportunity to take on challenging and rewarding roles.Ā

  • ServeĀ asĀ theĀ mainĀ clientĀ pointĀ ofĀ contactĀ forĀ EVAPĀ projectĀ engagementsĀ andĀ internalĀ teamĀ lead.Ā 

  • EnsureĀ projectĀ outputsĀ includeĀ strategicallyĀ soundĀ andĀ actionableĀ recommendationsĀ andĀ answers toĀ value,Ā access,Ā pricing clientĀ businessĀ questions, bothĀ highĀ levelĀ and nuancedĀ basedĀ onĀ projectĀ type.Ā 

  • SupportĀ teamĀ membersĀ asĀ aĀ workstreamĀ lead,Ā bothĀ coordinatingĀ andĀ guidingĀ the workĀ ofĀ more junior staff members and effectively communicating as a partner to project managersĀ 

  • EnsuresĀ theĀ deliveryĀ ofĀ client-readyĀ materials,Ā includingĀ researchĀ materials,Ā interimĀ deliverables, and final project reports.Ā 

  • DevelopĀ andĀ /Ā orĀ evaluateĀ newĀ businessĀ opportunitiesĀ throughĀ theĀ identificationĀ ofĀ follow-onĀ work and new opportunities to foster the extension of current EVAP’s global footprint within value, access, and pricing.Ā 

  • FieldĀ RFPsĀ andĀ developĀ proposals,Ā primarilyĀ onĀ globalĀ pricing,Ā marketĀ access,Ā andĀ valueĀ strategyĀ opportunities.Ā 

  • Mobilize EVAP’s capabilities to extend to current clients and their relevant counterparts within relatedĀ functionalĀ groupsĀ (pricing,Ā marketĀ access,Ā valueĀ strategy,Ā marketing,Ā marketĀ planning, business development, corporate development, and forecasting).Ā 

  • BringĀ inĀ potentialĀ newĀ clientĀ opportunitiesĀ throughĀ previousĀ workĀ experiencesĀ /Ā connectionsĀ 

/Ā networkĀ 

  • ProvideĀ thoughtĀ leadershipĀ inĀ evidenceĀ strategy,Ā value,Ā marketĀ accessĀ andĀ pricingĀ inĀ bothĀ client- and non-client-related activities (e.g., external conferences).Ā

Education:Ā Bachelor’sĀ degreeĀ withĀ highĀ academicĀ achievement;Ā majorĀ inĀ healthĀ sciences,Ā Economics,Ā HEOR, andĀ demonstratedĀ interest in life sciences is a plus.Ā

Work Experience:Ā 10+Ā yearsĀ asĀ aĀ topĀ performerĀ withinĀ aĀ top-tierĀ biopharmaceuticalĀ /Ā pharmaceuticalĀ strategy consulting firm serving industry leading clients.Ā

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range isĀ $210,000-$250,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
