Operations Project Manager
An industry leader in the fields of building commissioning and energy optimization. We take a hands-on approach to provide smart infrastructure solutions for new and existing buildings. Our team members gain exposure to some of the highest profile projects and buildings in New York City.
Seeking an Operations Project Manager to organize, resource, and monitor the progress of multiple projects. The Operations Project Manager will work alongside the Principal and Operations Director to manage the efficient delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing project scopes into executable tasks
• Track project task execution and completion
• Monitor time budget allocations
• Prepare project status reports
• Review documentation of field activities by consultants
• Assist in the deployment of new projects in cloud-based platform
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing allocations
• Develop staff utilization and revenue projections
• Organize and track the completion of project deliverables
• Assist with the preparation of requisitions for payment
• Assist with the preparation of proposals and change orders

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years experience in project management, administration, or estimation
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and innovate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Environment
• Strong verbal and written commutation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, management, or related field
• Experience in the commissioning, construction, HVAC, service, or building automation fields

• Experience with LEED certifications
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, education, health care, or hi-rise buildings
