Project Engineer

Location: Queens, NY

Salary: $80,000–$90,000

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support construction project delivery, coordination, and documentation on a design-build project in Queens.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day construction activities and project coordination.
Support project managers in tracking progress, schedules, and deliverables.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain project documentation including reports, logs, and correspondence.
Monitor field activities and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of construction or engineering experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
