A leading global financial institution is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Credit Risk Associate to join its Corporate Banking team in New York.

Responsibilities

Perform credit analysis and underwriting for Japanese corporate clients
Prepare credit applications and risk recommendations
Conduct financial statement analysis and industry research
Monitor loan portfolio quality and covenant compliance
Work closely with Relationship Managers and product partners on new transactions

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
3-5 years of experience in commercial banking credit, corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A, consulting or related fields
Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills
Japanese and English bilingual
Advanced Excel skills
CFA or MBA is a plus

Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
