Provide data entry assistance while inputting order details and working with customers ensuring they are satisfied with the service.

Description

• Support customers via the chat bot online to answer and direct questions.
• Input order details into excel.
• Go through backlogged work to ensure company is caught up.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve the issue in a quick and professional manner.
• Share report data during weekly meetings.

Profile

Previous experience as a remote customer service representative is required, it is a plus if from the Procurement and Supply Chain industry.

Overall looking for a candidate with attention to detail, tech savvy, and able to commit to a three month contract.

Experience with Excel and Sales force is preferred.
