Description
- Support customers via the chat bot online to answer and direct questions.
- Input order details into excel.
- Go through backlogged work to ensure company is caught up.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve the issue in a quick and professional manner.
- Share report data during weekly meetings.
Profile
Previous experience as a remote customer service representative is required, it is a plus if from the Procurement and Supply Chain industry.
Overall looking for a candidate with attention to detail, tech savvy, and able to commit to a three month contract.
Experience with Excel and Sales force is preferred.
