Analyst, Data Integrity


TheAnalyst, Data Integrity, will be responsibleto assuredata integrity and adherence toestablishedbusiness ruleswithinthecontractlifecyclemanagement (CLM)system(Icertis), as well as other related software. This includesmaintaining,changingand adding dataandappropriate documentsthat exist in theCLMapplication. TheAnalystwillsupportthecontractlifecycle management (CLM) process, collaborating with internal and external teams toensure the integrity ofdatawithin the CLM application and its availability to end users.

  • Follow and helpoptimizeestablished workflowsfor ensuringthe integrity of data within the application.

  • Implement data collection systems and other strategies thatoptimizeefficiency and data quality, as directed.

  • Maintainclean item files free of duplicates and misinformation.

  • Acquireand abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources.

  • Perform data entry, either manually or using other technology, when needed orrequired.

  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed.

Work Experience:

Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Skills:

  • Data entry and validation

  • Following specific workflows

Experience:

  • Experience with CLM applications

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree

Working Conditions: Hospital Environment


Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US


Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.


Premier鈥檚 compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier鈥檚 internal salary range for this role is $52,000 - $78,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
