Responsibilities of a Sr. Data Scientist: 

  • Lead technical contributor who will head the development of novel workstreams and product solutions in a high-performance data science product team and will be responsible for technical sophistication, operational excellence and business impact. 

  • Drive value across multiple business verticals by leading the technical development and deployment of impactful and interpretable algorithms including Media Mix Models and Forecasting. 

  • Represent data science within a multi-disciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders; partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to scale your team’s innovative measurement solutions into product and service offerings. 

  • Provide mentoring, training, and other opportunities for effective technical development of data scientists. 

  • Assist with technical parts of business development as needed, including RFP response and sales presentations. 

  • Build strong relationships across the organization to understand internal stakeholder needs for trusted data science support. 

  • Communicate the results of data science work to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Serve as the trusted data science consultant and expert to external client-facing stakeholders.  

  • Position requires heavy use of mathematics and statistics. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics; and three years of experience as a Data Scientist or related data science field. 

  • 3 years of digital marketing analytics. 

  • 3 years of programming experience with R, Python and SQL.  

  • 3 years of experience in development and applications of media mix models. 

 

Pay Transparency 

For our Sr. Data Scientist position, our compensation ranges from $97,032 to $99,029.
