Job Description:

About the Job: As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the artistic vision and execution of innovative creative concepts, collaborating with the Art team to bring ideas to life from concept to completion. You will drive design excellence, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy, while mentoring junior team members. Through cross-functional partnerships and strategic thinking, you will align creative solutions with marketing objectives. By maintaining meticulous attention to detail and administrative excellence, you will uphold the highest standards of design quality and agency operations.A Day in the Life:Support the Creative team in developing effective advertising concepts from ideation to final projects, creating layouts that complement tone and style.
Analyze data, understand audience needs, and target designs to meet them, adhering to pharma, medical, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain quality control throughout campaign execution, approving proofs and ensuring conceptual execution.
Foster relationships with agency departments (Editorial, Account, Strategy, Project Management), communicating effectively and collaborating productively.
Understand marketing plans, objectives, and strategies, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client needs and audience targets.
Demonstrate attention to detail, organize daily responsibilities, complete administrative tasks accurately, and proactively seek growth opportunities. 
What you will need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field, with 2+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), with bonus skills in video editing, animation, and 3D programs.
Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Advertising preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to express ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail, with ability to identify resources and prioritize tasks.
Self-motivated, engaged, and detail-oriented, with ability to edit work, meet deadlines, and maintain a sharp focus on quality.



$75,000-$100,000
