Job Responsibility
- * Updates and assembles trays according to patient menus
- * Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work stations, including walk-in refrigerator and rethermalization units, walls, floors and counter tops.
- * Rotates food using “first in first out” policy.
- * Adheres to safety and sanitation policy.
- * Delivers trays to serving areas or to patients and returns trays for cleanup in a timely manner.
- * Puts away weekly supply deliveries, stocks unit pantries according to guidelines.
- * Sets-up and delivers tube feedings and bulk nourishment supplies to patient units.
- * Performs the function of a counter person in the cafeteria.
- * Carries out the functions of a cashier.
- Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Institutional kitchen experience, preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English and follow oral and written instructions.
