• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call
• ACLS needed
• Program performs 1100 heart cases, 250 TAVR, less than 100 general thoracic cases in a year
• CT APP first assist PA/NP w/ RNFA cert, EVH Maquet Hemopro, on/off pump, CABG, valve surgery etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
