Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:  

  • Manages and coordinates system enhancements for Regulatory Reporting Systems
  • Coordinates with MUFG compliance, GMDA Risk & Control, and reporting vendors to identify potential regulatory reporting gaps and lead system support to close confirmed reporting gaps.
  • Provides articulate and accurate reporting to the Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, Business Users, Audit and IT; creates presentations appropriate for audience.
  • Oversees/conducts all project activities and supervises/creates and archives all project documentation.
  • Identifies/tracks project risks & issues and conducts resolution meetings with stakeholders to remediate challenges that may jeopardize project scope, budget or schedule.
  • Negotiates with key IT and business stakeholders for appropriate project resource allocation.
  • Leads Third Party Risk Management Activities for business vendors (such as supporting vendor proposal negotiations and vendor relationships).
  • Manages project budget to ensure maximum allotments are not exceeded and project cost estimates are accurate.
  • Conduct system analysis to review and update functional requirements documents for development item.
  • Deliver test plan to both test system functions and newly designed procedure.
  • Create functional test cases and coordinate/monitor testing

Qualifications

  • Approximately  2-5 years in Business analysis/Project Management role. Strong experience coordinating and communicating across cross-functional groups to stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business and regulatory systems
  • Understanding of Global Markets FO/MO/BO Processes and Activities
  • Experience/Exposure to Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivative Systems
  • Knowledge of Dodd-Frank Regulations relating to capital markets trading
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) a plus

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $120K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
