Assist in the planning and execution of Americas Marketing events strategy. This role is focused on full funnel events, including consumer and retailer events, and sampling partnerships. The position will report to Associate Director, Americas Marketing. Partner with Associate Director to plan and execute unique, innovative, large-scale consumer + retailer trade events to support product launches and animations. Plan events leveraging key learnings and measurable KPIs and goals that align with and contribute to overall business goals. Manage all consumer and retailer trade event logistics, including briefing, RFP management and flawless execution. Travel to all events for onsite execution and support. Analyze and recap all events with actionable learnings. Contribute to the planning and tracking of the Americas marketing budget. Own annual Americas sampling forecasting and tracking. Assist Associate Director with planning and executing strategic sampling partnerships to drive brand awareness. Partner cross functionally with indirect procurement, global consumer engagement, regional influencer and media team to plan and execute large scale events. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, 4 years+ experience in marketing in the beauty sector and/or event management, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and teams, experience executing in person events (pop ups, influencer events, trade shows), positive attitude, and ability to attend all events in person as needed.
