 Department/Team: Operations Management Department 

Job Title: Associate - Operational Risk Monitoring Analyst 

Reports to: Head of Operations Management Department 

 Summary: This is a full-time position. This position is responsible for the Branch’s administration and daily operation of Operational Risk Monitoring. 

 Responsibilities: 

▪ Assist RICO in Operational Risk Management on planning, procedure establishment & update, and reporting. 

▪ Daily and/or periodically monitor Operational Risk on, but not limited to: Accounting business, Clearing business, Parameter Management, Accounting Archives, Business Continuity, and daily routine business operations. 

▪ Complete business operation examinations either periodically or as needed. 

▪ Operational Risk Monitoring analysis, reporting, and risk mitigation measure suggestions. 

▪ Assist RICO in the construction and management of operational risk management systems. 

▪ Assist RICO with the Accounting Archive system construction and management. 

▪ Other duties and assignments as assigned by RICO and/or the department head. 


 Education and Experience Requirements: 

▪ Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent. 

▪ One year of banking experience, or equivalent of education and experience. 


Skills and Knowledge: 

▪ Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be detail-oriented 

▪ Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals in Chinese. 

▪ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence with accuracy. 

▪ Ability to speak effectively before employees of the organization. 

▪ Fluent in Chinese in speaking and writing. 

▪Maintains confidentiality at all times. 

▪ Improves processes, products, and services.
