Busy fee-for-service dental practice is looking for an energetic, confident, and bilingual English/Spanish receptionist to join our team.
We’re looking for a person with excellent phone skills, strong communication, and natural sales ability who enjoys connecting with patients and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Multitask and stay organized
Learn dental terminology and office systems
Assist with patient follow-up and treatment communication
What We Want:
Fluent in English & Spanish – REQUIRED
Excellent phone and communication skills
Upbeat, professional, and motivated
Strong sales/people skills
Reliable and eager to learn
Dental experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
