What You'll Do
As aĀ Legacy Protection Advisor, you will:
Connect with members through scheduled phone and Zoom consultations
Learn about each client's financial protection needs and goals
Recommend supplemental life insurance and benefit solutions tailored to individual circumstances
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance
Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfort using computers, Zoom, and web-based technology
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Coachability and willingness to continuously learn
Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, or financial services is helpfulābutĀ not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated professionals who are eager to grow.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional home office environment
