What you’ll be doing:  

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications with guidance from senior team members. 

• Support product development and AI initiatives (integrating tools/APIs, prototyping features). 

• Provide client support by troubleshooting issues and answering technical questions. 

• Collaborate across engineering, product, and client-facing teams. 

We’re looking for someone who has:  

We are currently looking for an entry-level professional to join our Outsourcing IT team in NYC with experience in data analytics and programming with a technical business background and eager to grow across software development, product development, and applied AI while supporting our clients.

Basic Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, MIS, software development, technical business or related fields 

• 0-2 years recent public accounting or outsourcing IT experience    

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future    

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:    

• Final Graduation of May 2026  

• Experience with Python, Power BI, Javascript, and SQL a plus 

• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software fundamentals. 

• Coursework or experience in client/technical support, AI/ML, or product development. 

• Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)    

• Strong MS Excel and MS Word     

• Strong time management and organizational skills    

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
