What You'll Be Doing
Analysts will participate in the CY'26 Training Program in August for three weeks in NYC.  An Analyst’s specific responsibilities may include conducting industry research, building financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions, drafting client presentation materials, and participating in client calls or meetings.

Analyst candidates should possess outstanding academic records and have demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities.
What We're Looking For
The primary role of the Analyst includes:
- Support deal teams in creating, maintaining and utilizing complex financial models
- Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
- Conduct company and industry research and gain in-depth understanding of sector trends
- Prepare client presentation materials in coordination with internal deal team and clients
- Develop a deep understanding of Investment Banking product and services

Education & Experience
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above

Compensation Range
Salary: USD $175,000.00/Yr. - USD $175,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
