ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed union automotive dealership in Staten Island, NY to hire experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians. This is a full-time, on-site role offering top-of-market union compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

This position is designed for senior-level diagnostic technicians with extensive hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical concerns
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with OEM and dealership standards
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding repair needs and timelines
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain current with OEM standards and emerging technologies
  • A-Level automotive technician skill set
  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong electrical and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities
  • ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred (6 ASE or 1 OEM)
  • Proven record of quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
