Title: Account ExecutiveÂReports to: Business Director Â
Day to Day Responsibilities:Â Â
Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules & strategically plan internal workflow of the internal team to meet campaign deadlines Â
Manage day-to-day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documentsÂ
Oversee utilization of team resources, ensuring that coverage is secured for all scoped projects, team out of office, and flagging the need for additional resources when necessaryÂ
Collaborate with Business counterpart to secure the right internal team members in all meetings to achieve the goal of the meeting or campaign milestoneÂ
Capture meeting notes & share meeting recaps after all internal team meetingsÂ
Book meeting rooms, order catering and plan logistics of meetings (whiteboards, pinning work, dressing the room)Â
Master of the team OneDrive, leading organization and storage of all campaign documents, final deliverable files, and notesÂ
Send end of week âWeekly Wrapâ email to internal team, reflecting on the achievements of the previous week and a look at whatâs ahead the following weekÂ
Responsible for alerting Business counterpart when there is an issue that may impact the overall campaign schedule and client deadlinesÂ
Qualifications:Â Â
2+ years of related experienceÂ

New York: $65,000 - $75,000
Omnicomâs policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
