The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll own a book of existing clients and be measured on driving trading revenue from that book — growing usage, deepening engagement, and expanding subscriptions across your accounts.
You'll be the go-to person for your clients' success on the platform, and you'll help shape how UNI builds long-term value for the customers we already have.
•     Engage with our existing customer base to enhance trading activity on our platform
•     Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth opportunities within your book of business
•     Conduct regular check-ins to understand evolving customer needs and surface pain points
•     Maintain and manage your account pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM system
•     Identify upsell and subscription-expansion opportunities within current accounts
•     Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns for existing clients
Requirements
Must Have
•     3+ years of experience in diamond and jewelry in sales positions
•     Strong organizational and time management skills, with familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
•     A team player with a strong, service-driven approach
•     Outgoing, with the drive and enthusiasm to do the role with a can-do mindset
•     A scrappy self-starter who can spot growth opportunities unaided, with a flexible, persistent, and assertive personality
•     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection in an old-school market
•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•     A team player with a strong, service-driven approach
•     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
•     GIA graduate
•      Experience in B2B diamonds sales (wholesale)
