Summary: Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our CS/AR team in NY. Reporting to the AR Collections Manager, the Accounts Receivable Associate will focus on providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. Accounts receivable duties include, but not limited to ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency required. Bachelors in Accounting, Business, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar role. Knowledge of the State Liquor Authority and New Jersey Credit Compliance is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Strong time management skills. Responsibilities: Process payments by online platform, telephone or email ACH payments Release orders on order board for NY/NJ Process cash handling and checking deposits Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections Identify and contact delinquent accounts to request payment Create reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested Identify and resolve payment discrepancies Report customers to state liquor authority for NY/NJ on delinquencies Enforce NY/NJ state liquor authority when releasing orders to customers Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Prolong sitting at an office desk.
