Position Summary:
The Administrative Manager, Language Assistance Program is responsible for monitoring language assistance services, policies, and procedures at The Mount Hospital and Mount Sinai Queens (MSQ) campus and ensuring services for Limited English Proficient (LEP) patients and patients with disabilities are provided in an appropriate, timely, and consistent manner. Â Assist Associate Director on quality initiatives and interdisciplinary projects to improve Patient Experience.
