Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
Evaluate and optimize model performance using relevant metrics and testing frameworks
Research and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices
Document architectures, workflows, and technical processes for team alignment
Monitor deployed models and iterate based on real-world performance and feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI) preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
