As an AI/ML Data Operations Program Manager, you will be at the core of our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define annotation requirements, manage operational projects from prototype to scale, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality data. Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs across global teams. Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience consolidating multiple points of view into recommendations to move projects forward. Experience building rapport and influencing stakeholders. Experience identifying and resolving process bottlenecks. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data annotation tools and workflows, and a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies.
