NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Lyra Collective operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.


We are hiring a Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team in NYC! In this role, you will develop strategic campaigns to drive awareness and consideration for our brands LOLA and QRxLabs by developing, executing, and optimizing Amazon paid search/PPC initiatives across various platforms. Reporting into our Director of Performance Marketing, this role is an exciting opportunity to partner with our internal teams to guide the performance of our brands.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Target, Walmart)
  • Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research
  • Maintain campaign optimization to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, using data analytics tools to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain proactive communication with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new platforms, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing
  • Create comprehensive reports, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
  • Partner with the creative team to create engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with marketing strategies
  • Monitor and manage bids, targeting, and ad placements
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and LTV


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a paid marketing or PPC role, with proficiency in Amazon, Walmart/Target or  Google 
  • Advanced knowledge of keyword research tools and analytics platforms (Helium10, Skai, SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions
  • Adept at campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Budget management skills to effectively allocate resources for maximum ROI
