Who We Are Looking For
The Protective Intelligence Center (PIC) supports Crisis24’s Private Strategic Group (PSG) fulfilling a critical mission: We aim to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate threats and hazards to our Principals and client enterprises, and the respective Crisis24 Agents and Analysts who keep them safe. The PIC leverages advanced technology, all-source intelligence, and internal subject matter experts to provide timely, accurate and actionable intelligence.
We are looking for mission driven people with diverse skillsets who can make our program even more capable; people who can think critically and creatively under high-stress conditions. Our team is comprised of a multidisciplinary group of intelligence professionals with an innate desire to protect and help others. We strive for professional excellence, intellectual humility, and poise under pressure.
What You Will Work On
In your role as an Analyst, Protective Intelligence within the PIC Dedicated Protective Intelligence team, you will be assigned to one Crisis24 client and work in a highly integrated protective intelligence program. You will provide proactive, client-specific intelligence support designed to help identify, assess, and communicate emerging risks to personnel, assets, operations, and reputation. In this role, you will develop deep familiarity with the assigned client’s risk profile, priorities, operating environment, and security workflows, enabling more tailored and proactive intelligence support. You will also work with the broader Crisis24 Protective Intelligence Center team to support continuity, surge capacity, and access to shared expertise, tools, and best practices.
You will conduct real-time monitoring across social media, open-source channels, and dark web forums to identify threats, shifts in sentiment, reputational concerns, and broader external risks that may affect the client’s security posture. You will be responsible for triaging, reporting, and monitoring as it relates to new or emerging security incidents with the potential to impact Client assets.
Who You Will Work With
You will work in a remote, client-facing capacity with your primary interactions being direct with Client personnel on a day-to-day basis. You will also have the support and assistance of the Dedicated Protective Intelligence team and Program Manager, as well as the PIC Core team.
