Your Impact at GEICO 

We are looking for bright and driven future college graduates to join our Analyst Development Program (ADP) - Finance & Operations Rotational Track within the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Organization. You will help drive our insurance business transformation as we redefine the experience for our customers. 

As part of our ADP, you will join a two-year cohort with an embedded support structure, learning and development journey, and community to accelerate your career and prepare you for success.The goal of this program is to develop future analysts and business leaders who will help us continue the path of innovation, profitability, and success. 

How You’ll Make a Difference 

Rotational Analyst Experience: 

  • Gain broad exposure across GEICO’s CFO Organization while building foundational analyst business acumen and skills. 

  • Develop experience in areas that may include analysis of results, strategies, business plans, budgets, reporting, processes, actuarial reserves and expenses, budgeting/forecasting, predictive modeling, system design, configuration and testing, business strategy and execution, and project management. 

  • Build skills that will allow you to be successful within multiple future analyst career paths. 

Cross-Functional Exposure: 

  • Complete three separate analyst rotational roles over the two-year program through both finance-specific and operational roles. 

  • Gain exposure to multiple disciplines within the CFO Organization, including Companywide Financial Planning & Analysis, Business-specific Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Treasury, Financial Systems, Supplier Management Operations, Strategy & Financial Analysis, and Real Estate & Facilities Management Operations. 

Finance Systems Knowledge: 

  • Deep understanding of GEICO Finance and Operations, learning the systems we use and support, as well as data and integration points. 

Business Impact: 

  • Direct impact on GEICO’s financial and strategic performance, with opportunities to drive financial processing innovation and transformation. 

What We’re Looking For 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or other relevant analytical or FinTech major, obtained by May 2027 

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process) 

  • Demonstrated interest in Finance field through relevant internship experience, engaging in relevant student or business organizations, pursuing relevant certifications or advanced coursework, or other form of engagement within the field 

Core Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and/or similar tooling 

  • Technical aptitude and experience with or a desire to learn financial systems, such as Workday Financials 

  • Ability to work independently given general direction and to thrive in a team environment that is constantly changing 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities, providing accurate and timely results 

  • Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Previous internship experience in financial systems, project management, system testing, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A, accounting, or related field preferred 

Location Requirements: 

  • Must live within commutable distance from our New York City, Chicago, or Bethesda, MD offices and work a hybrid schedule, including working at least three days per week from the office 


 

Annual Salary

$55,350.00 - $101,475.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
