The Art Director is a driven and ambitious member of the creative team with an eye for design.Â

Responsibilities:Â
Develop concepts and supporting materials for 360Âş healthcare advertisingÂ
Work closely with copy and account services as a team player to ensure that the creative needs of your brand(s) are metÂ
Be a brand steward: manage design, typography and overall visual identity in the online and offline spacesÂ
Stay Creatively Fresh:  actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with their teams, art department, and agencyÂ
Ability to present/communicate in an organized, professional, and effective mannerÂ
Responsible for managing workload and timeline.Â
Informational design understanding—how to break up large data creativelyÂ
Ability to work with a large quantity of typography and excellent design skills necessaryÂ
Qualifications and Experience:Â
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteÂ
Hybrid designer: print and digitalÂ
1-2 years’ experience is a plusÂ
Powerpoint is a plusÂ
Team orientedÂ
Basic knowledge of presenting creative workÂ
Degree in graphic designÂ
Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean and visually strongÂ
 

$58,500 - $92,500
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
