The Wealth Management Design team is responsible for delivering tools and products empowering clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. Our consumer business provides digital solutions for customers to better save. We are looking for designers who can dive into complex problems to deliver intuitive and impactful products, while focusing on cultivating a culture of collaboration, exploration, and growth. Â

Your Impact Â
- Contribute to end-to-end design across digital channels to deliver world-class digital products and service solutionsÂ
- Uphold and contribute to the high level of creativity and innovation standards across our digital productsÂ
- Leverage data and insights into actionable outcomes and informed decisionsÂ
- Distill complex problems into elegantly simple, intuitive designs with an eye for the detailsÂ
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify the problem, desired outcome, and new opportunitiesÂ
- Actively participate in and contribute to moving design projects through the product design process, including discovery, concept, detailed design and implementation, and facilitating progress at each stageÂ
- Create clear, compelling and cohesive prototypes and presentations that frame context with priority and need so audiences can be taken on an informative and intuitive journeyÂ

Basic Qualifications Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related fieldsÂ
- At least 3 years industry experience in product design or related fieldÂ
- A background designing complex financial applications a big plusÂ
- Understanding of web standards, capabilities and best practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)Â
- Strong understanding and proficiency in all parts of human-centered design, including research, experience strategy, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, UX/UI, usability testing, and accessibilityÂ
- A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing and contributing to product releasesÂ
- Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a complex, commercially focused, fast-paced environmentÂ
- Ability to understand, balance and solve both business and user needsÂ
- Ability to adapt to new priorities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and “think on your feet.”Â
- Experience with Figma, as well as design systemsÂ
- Ability to develop relationships across multiple stakeholder groupsÂ
