An AmLaw 100 firm—renowned for its excellence in corporate, regulatory, and transactional work—is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join its premier Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in New York.

What You'll Do
You’ll work directly with high-profile clients, including publicly and privately held companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, hedge funds, and non-profits, advising on a broad array of sophisticated matters such as:
  • Executive compensation and ERISA issues in complex corporate transactions and restructurings

  • Design and implementation of equity and cash incentive programs, deferred compensation plans, and employment agreements

  • Compliance with tax-qualified plan rules and ERISA fiduciary duties

  • Navigating intersecting issues in tax, securities, corporate, and employment law

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in employee benefits or executive compensation law

  • Demonstrated interest in executive comp and ERISA-related work

  • Strong academic background and outstanding writing/analytical skills

  • Current admission (or eligibility) to practice in New York
