What You'll Do

You will handle equity financings, M&A, corporate governance, and venture fund matters, working directly with founders, management, and investors. Expect exposure across early stage through late stage rounds and cross border assignments.

Candidate Profile

4–6 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or M&A
Strong academic background
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confidence managing multiple high value matters under tight timelines
