About the Opportunity:

This premier firm is expanding its elite M&A team and looking for an associate with 4+ years of experience leading and executing complex M&A transactions. Candidates should bring strong experience drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and leading deal processes from inception to closing.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4–6 years of experience in M&A transactions for both public and private companies
  

• Significant experience drafting key transaction documents
  

• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
  

• Current admission to the New York Bar
  

• Previous training at a leading AmLaw 100 firm is required
  

• Exceptional communication, judgment, and analytical skills
