Job Description:

The Associate Director,Ā Client Success will play a key leadership role in overseeing and supporting the team responsible for managing allĀ AmplifiĀ opted-in accounts across their designated operational company. This mid-level management position requires a deep understanding ofĀ Amplifi’sĀ alternative income goals and strong motivation to exceed those targets. This role demands collaboration with all pillars acrossĀ Amplifi, including Solutions, Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, to resolve issues, implement solutions, andĀ optimizeĀ processes for both new and existingĀ AmplifiĀ products. The Associate Director will also support senior management, both onĀ AmplifiĀ and across their designated operational company, in formulating strategies and conducting analysis to onboard new clients to theĀ AmplifiĀ group.Ā 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supportĀ designatedĀ Senior Manager(s) and team(s) in the management of allĀ Amplifi-opted in accounts, while understanding and aligning with strategic needs of each accountĀ 

  • Collaborate closely with keyĀ AmplifiĀ pillars (Solutions, Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, and Revenue Operations) to escalate issues, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable solutionsĀ 

  • Drive the development, refinement, and implementation of processes around current and newĀ AmplifiĀ products toĀ optimizeĀ operational efficiency and client satisfactionĀ 

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategies for the onboarding and integration of new clients into theĀ AmplifiĀ groupĀ 

  • Conduct analysis of client performance and alternative income opportunities,Ā identifyingĀ areas for improvement andĀ providingĀ actionable insights to senior managementĀ 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative income streams and act as a resource to senior leadership, withinĀ AmplifiĀ and across their designated operational companyĀ 

  • Oversee the successful execution ofĀ Amplifi’sĀ alternative income strategies, ensuring consistent achievement of financial targetsĀ Ā 

  • Meet regularly with Senior Manager(s) to status on accounts, track buy progress,Ā dataĀ andĀ MediaOceanĀ entry, and analyze how these factorsĀ impactĀ revenue forecasts and overall business performanceĀ 

  • Act as a resource for Senior Manager(s), Manager(s), Senior Associate(s) and Associate(s) for advice, council, and mentorshipĀ

Experience/Skills:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications,Ā FinanceĀ or related fieldĀ Ā 

  • 7+ years in a video, digital, programmatic, socialĀ activationĀ or investment roleĀ Ā 

  • Experience in media tools such as:Ā MediaOcean, Prisma, National Toolkits, Spot Toolkits

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or related fields within the media or agency spaceĀ 

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailĀ 

  • Deep understanding of media math and marketplace trendsĀ 

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Ā 

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challengesĀ 

  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and numeracy skillsĀ

TheĀ annualĀ salary range for this position is $114,425-$125,500.Ā Placement within the salary rangeĀ is based on a variety of factors,Ā including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorsĀ permittedĀ by law.Ā Ā
