Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop, maintain, and analyze operational metrics and dashboards, as well as recommendations for action to leadership
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures related to ETF secondary market activities, ensuring consistency, control, and regulatory alignment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with Technology and Operations teams to design, enhance, and implement ETF operating models, workflow improvements, and system solutions that support efficiency and scalability.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily operational reporting to Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with Portfolio Management, IDS, Capital Markets and FOO teams to identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely and controlled manner.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate closely with outsourced accounting, custody, and administration teams, as well as third鈥憄arty ETF service providers, to ensure operational alignment and issue resolution.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to Investment, Product, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations partners on ETF operational matters.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Take a lead operational role in the onboarding and implementation of new Exchange鈥慣raded Funds, including coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and implement new workflows and operational processes to support expanding ETF asset classes, acting as the primary operational SME throughout the lifecycle.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Continuously advance operational capabilities to increase scale, resiliency, and support the firm鈥檚 global ETF growth objectives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead and drive ETF platform change both internally at Invesco and externally across Service Providers partnering with business leaders
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design, innovate, and implement ETF operating models, technology solutions and commercial opportunities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with the firm鈥檚 leadership to help shape Invesco鈥檚 ETF platform strategy to maximize growth, scale, and consistency
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish, oversee and execute complex multi-faceted strategies to deliver change
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Engage and maintains relationships with stakeholders across the firm to effectively navigate our global organization

Work Experience / Knowledge:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ten or more years of Custody and or Investment Accounting experience or relevant ETF / UIT experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Outstanding leadership experience with a track record of successful people management outcomes
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Results driven individual with a high level of attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven experience in identifying and leading improvements and transformations; Track record of change leadership success

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Extensive Knowledge of the ETF industry.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of Unit Investment Trusts.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Digital Asset settlements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with large transformations as well as smaller change leadership
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with governance and policy framework creation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exceptional verbal and written skills including influencing skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage a team to complete multiple initiatives concurrently.

Formal Education:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A Bachelor鈥檚 Degree is required.
聽Working Conditions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or fund rebalance schedules. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
