The Role

This role supports the development of global activation campaigns and owns the execution and deployment of digital content across the Prestige Care portfolio, including Sebastian Professional, Nioxin, and Briogeo.Working closely with Brand Strategy, Creative, Social and regional teams, the Associate Manager helps shape social-first activation plans and translates campaign ideas into channel-ready content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. The role serves as the primary owner of global website and eRetail content while leading the deployment of digital campaign assets across paid media, CRM, SEO, and eCommerce channels. This includes managing content for innovation launches and base business priorities, ensuring markets receive high-quality, activation-ready assets aligned to platform best practices and consumer behaviors.  Success in this role requires strong digital fluency, content development expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for bringing campaigns to life through social-first activation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Social-First Activation

  • Support the development of global activation campaigns across Sebastian Professional, Nioxin, and Briogeo.
  • Partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, Social Media teams to develop social-first campaign plans that scale across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Contribute to campaign briefs, activation plans, content strategies, and channel recommendations.
  • Ensure campaign concepts are developed with platform behaviors, content consumption habits, and audience needs in mind.
  • Support alignment of campaign execution across consumer and professional touchpoints.

 

Digital Content Execution & Deployment

  • Own the execution and deployment of digital content across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Translate campaign creative into channel-specific assets across social, paid media, website, CRM, SEO, and eCommerce channels.
  • Manage content production, adaptation, approvals, and delivery to ensure assets are market-ready and on brand.
  • Partner with creative and production teams to develop engaging, platform-optimized content that supports campaign objectives.

 

Paid Media Asset Development

  • Support in the development and delivery of global paid media asset toolkits.
  • Helps translate campaign creative into full-funnel assets supporting awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention objectives.
  • Ensure assets meet channel requirements and platform best practices.

 

Website & eCommerce Content Ownership

  • Serve as the primary owner of global website and eRetail content execution.
  • Lead content deployment for innovation launches, campaign activations, and base business priorities.
  • Manage website pages, launch content, product content, retailer assets, and support digital experiences.
  • Partner with Digital and eCommerce teams to optimize content performance and user experience.

 

CRM & SEO Content

  • Support development of CRM campaign content and customer journey communications.
  • Coordinate SEO-focused content and articles that improve discoverability and traffic.
  • Ensure CRM and SEO content align with broader campaign objectives and messaging.

 

Market Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner with regional and local teams to support successful market activation.
  • Deliver clear, activation-ready content toolkits and asset packages.
  • Collaborate across Brand Strategy, Creative, Social, Influencer, Education and local market teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand activation, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, eCommerce, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social-first marketing principles and content development.
  • Experience adapting campaign creative into channel-specific assets.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce and retailer content, including product detail pages, campaign assets, and launch content.
  • Knowledge of paid media formats and full-funnel content requirements across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Passion for professional haircare, beauty and creativity

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles—pay Range: $69,000-$90,000 salary per year plus bonus. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
