Position Overview:

In this role as an Audiologist, you will provide comprehensive adult hearing care while guiding patients through a personalized, consultative experience with Fortell’s AI-powered hearing solutions.

You will balance evidence-based clinical care with thoughtful sales, ensuring both outstanding patient outcomes and strong business performance. This position is ideal for an Audiologist who thrives in a performance-driven setting and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate and refine the Fortell patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations for adult patients
  
• Recommend and dispense Fortell hearing solutions tailored to individual patient needs
  
• Fit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best-practice protocols
  
• Perform real-ear measurements (REM) and test box measures to validate fittings
  
• Provide follow-up care, troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs
  
• Educate patients (and families, as appropriate) on hearing loss management and device care
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and outcomes
  
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory, and patient follow-up
  
• Meet key performance indicators related to conversion rates, returns, upgrades, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction
  
• Share clinical insights and patient feedback with Fortell’s leadership, operations, and product teams

Requirements

• Active New York Audiology License (and Hearing Aid Dispensing privileges, as applicable)
  
• 2+ years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult patients
  
• Strong clinical foundation paired with consultative sales confidence
  
• Comfort learning and using new hearing aid software, CRM systems, and digital tools
  
• Clear, professional communicator with a warm and empathetic approach
  
• Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for innovation
