The Role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to build and execute end-to-end campaigns that generate high-intent pipeline for sales. You’ll drive pipeline through paid, organic, and content initiatives, with direct impact on revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, and the website

  • Own website performance, including SEO and conversion optimization

  • Create pipeline-driving content (landing pages, ads, short-form content)

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns hands-on

  • Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve results

  • Partner closely with sales to measure and increase pipeline impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on B2B SaaS digital marketing experience (fintech is a plus)

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns

  • Strong writing skills and good design judgment

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and output

  • Highly proactive, execution-oriented, and data-driven

  • Able to move fast and manage multiple priorities
